Heat Dissipation Structure
Unlike standard gate valves, this model features a purpose‑built heat sink system designed to protect critical sealing components from extreme temperatures:
Extended Bonnet: Increases the distance between the hot valve body and the cooler packing area, significantly lowering the temperature at the gland and stem seals.
Finned or Ribbed Structure: Extended surface area enhances natural convection and radiative cooling, effectively dissipating heat before it reaches the upper stem and packing chamber.
Air‑Cooled Chamber: An air gap or finned section acts as a thermal barrier, minimizing conductive heat transfer from the body to the bonnet and actuator.
