The sealing surface of Hanno Valve Carbon Gate Valves adopt stainless steel and hard alloy to ensure good sealing performance. In addition, the body and valve bonnet are made of carbon steel, and the stem and wedge are connected with threads to further enhance the sealing effect.
1. Lightweight: The body is made of high-grade ductile iron, which reduces the weight by about 20% to 30% compared to traditional gate valves, and is easy to install and maintain.
2. Flat bottomed gate seat: Traditional gate valves often accumulate in the groove at the bottom of the valve due to external objects such as stones, wooden blocks, cement, iron filings, and debris after flushing the pipe, which can easily cause leakage due to inability to close tightly. The bottom of the elastic seat sealed gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe machine, which is not easy to cause debris accumulation and allows fluid to flow smoothly.
3. Overall rubber coating: Dingsheng New Material's carbon steel gate adopts high-quality rubber for overall internal and external rubber coating. Europe's first-class rubber vulcanization technology ensures precise geometric dimensions of the vulcanized gate, and the rubber and ductile iron gate are firmly attached, not easy to fall off, and have good elastic memory.
4. Precision cast valve body: The valve body is made of precision casting, and the precise geometric dimensions ensure the sealing of the valve without any precision machining inside the valve body.
5. The fluid resistance is small, and the sealing surface is less susceptible to the friction and erosion of the medium.
6. Opening and closing are relatively effortless.
7. The flow direction of the medium is unrestricted, without disturbance or pressure reduction.
