Globe valves, as core flow control components, directly determine the stability, safety, and operational efficiency of the entire system. Whether in the petrochemical, power, municipal water supply and drainage, pharmaceutical, or food industries, high-performance globe valves are indispensable. As a China Globe Valves manufacturer with many years of experience in the valve field, Hengnuo leverages mature production technology, strict quality control, flexible customization capabilities, and competitive pricing.
Our globe valves employ standardized design and precision manufacturing processes. Their core function is to achieve the opening, closing, throttling, and regulation of fluids in pipelines. They also feature reliable sealing, convenient operation, and long service life, making them suitable for various harsh industrial conditions such as high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive environments. Compared to ordinary gate valves, our products strictly adhere to international standards in material selection, structural design, and performance testing, meeting the needs of conventional industrial applications.

Body/Bonnet: WCB (carbon steel), LCB (low-temperature carbon steel), WC6, WC9 (chromium-molybdenum steel), CF8, CF3 (304 stainless steel), CF8M, CF3M (316 stainless steel), QT450 (ductile iron), ZG1Cr5Mo (alloy cast steel). Special materials such as Hastelloy, nickel alloy, and titanium alloy are also available to suit harsh conditions such as corrosive environments and high temperatures and pressures.
Disc: Made of the same material as the valve body, or using iron-based alloys or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy overlay welding to improve wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and scratch resistance, extending the service life of the sealing surface.
Valve Stem: F304, F304L, F316, F316L stainless steel, tempered and nitrided, providing excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and mechanical strength, preventing leakage caused by stem bending and wear.
Sealing Surface: Stainless steel weld overlay, Stellite alloy weld overlay, PTFE soft seal. Hard or soft seals are selected based on operating conditions to ensure reliable and leak-free sealing.
Packing: Graphite packing, PTFE packing, resistant to high temperature and pressure, providing excellent sealing performance. Replacement can be done without shutting down the system and without affecting normal operation.
