Hanno Valve Low Temperature Gate Valves are made of stainless steel, nickel-based alloy and other special low-temperature resistant materials to ensure that there will be no embrittlement or fracture at very low temperature, and have good low temperature performance and corrosion resistance.
Hanno Valve Low Temperature Gate Valves are specially designed for demanding low-temperature and cryogenic operating environments. The valve adopts a precision metal sealing structure to maintain stable sealing performance even under extreme temperature conditions, effectively reducing leakage risks and ensuring safe pipeline operation.
Manufactured with carefully selected low-temperature resistant materials including stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, LCB, LF1, LF3, LC3 and CF8, the valves maintain excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance at temperatures ranging from -46°C to 196°C. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are welded with hard alloy materials to improve wear resistance and extend service life.
To meet different industrial installation requirements, Hanno Valve offers two bonnet structure options for Low Temperature Gate Valves:
Bolted Bonnet Design
The valve body and bonnet are connected by high-strength bolts and nuts with 316 flexible graphite gaskets for reliable sealing. Metal ring sealing structures are also available according to customer requirements.
Welded Bonnet Design
The welded bonnet structure uses threaded connection combined with full welding sealing technology, providing enhanced sealing reliability for critical cryogenic applications and hazardous media transportation systems.
