1. Lightweight design: The valve body is made of high-grade ductile iron, which reduces the weight by about 20%-30% compared with traditional gate valves, greatly reducing the difficulty of installation and daily maintenance.
2. Flat-bottomed valve seat: Unlike traditional valves that tend to accumulate impurities in the bottom groove, this valve adopts a flat-bottomed design consistent with the pipeline, effectively preventing the accumulation of debris such as stones, wood chips, cement residue, and iron filings, ensuring that the valve can be completely closed and eliminating the risk of leakage.
3. The valve plate is fully wrapped with high-quality rubber inside and out, and uses European standard rubber vulcanization process to ensure the precise geometric dimensions of the valve plate after vulcanization.
