Our line of large-bore gate valves, commonly referred to as Large Caliber Gate Valves, is engineered for high-flow isolation in water transmission lines, power plant cooling water systems, crude oil pipelines, and mining slurry services. Each valve features a full-bore body design that reduces turbulence and pressure drop, while the heavy-duty cast body and precision-machined gate deliver tight shutoff even after prolonged exposure to abrasive media or high differential pressures. We offer rising or non-rising stem configurations, bolted or pressure-seal bonnets, and a wide range of actuation options including handwheels, bevel gear operators, electric actuators, and hydraulic actuators. The product range is designed and manufactured in accordance with API 600, API 603, API 6D, ASME B16.34, and ISO 10434, with face-to-face dimensions per ASME B16.10 and flange drilling per ASME B16.5 or B16.47. This standard compliance makes our large-bore gate valves a reliable replacement choice for existing piping systems and a trusted selection for new installations requiring long service life and minimal maintenance.
Large-bore Gate Valves from our manufacturing program cover nominal diameters from 24 inches to 120 inches and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500. The main body materials include cast carbon steel A216 WCB, low-temperature carbon steel A352 LCB, austenitic stainless steels A351 CF8 and CF8M, chrome-moly alloy steels A217 WC6 and WC9, and duplex or super duplex grades for corrosive environments. Depending on the service conditions, the gate can be supplied as a solid wedge, flexible wedge, double disc, or slab gate with through-conduit design. The seat and wedge seating surfaces are available with Stellite hardfacing, soft inserts, or full metal-to-metal contact for high-temperature or high-cycle applications. Each unit can be supplied with a bypass, drain, locking device, stem extension, floor stand, and matching gear or actuator flange. Hydrostatic shell tests are performed at 1.5 times the rated working pressure, and seat tests are carried out in accordance with API 598 or API 6D. Every large-bore gate valve is cleaned, painted, and packed for export with complete material traceability, test certificates, and documentation required by international procurement standards.
